We respect the fact that many a times you buy a piece of stylish garment, but change your mind later and decide not to wear it. We do not want you to regret your purchase decision ever. We value your money and we will not like you to waste your money in buying a product which you will never use. And hence, we offer a 7-day easy return policy

Return Policy

Below are the 3 steps for returning your Unbox Colours purchases.

  • Inform: You need to inform us about the product you intend to return by giving the details and image of the product received, via email at unboxcolours@gmail.com within 48 hours from the time you receive your product providing the reason for return. We will then approve your return request and you can easily return the product in next 7 days time. After informing about your intention to return you will get a confirmation call before return pick up of the product(s). Which means you will still have time to decide whether you want to return or not.

  • Return: Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval, we will arrange for a return pick up. Please note to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging of Unbox Colours. We will not be able to process the refund if the product(s) is damaged or shipped without its tags or original packaging. 

  • Refund: The final step starts once we receive the returned package from you. Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the receipt. Upon quality check, we will initiate the refund process and inform you through email. Please note that if the product received by us is not matching to the image sent by you in your email informing about the return and/or not in its original packing the refund might be rejected. Refund will credited to original payment method within 5-7 days.

Damages and issues
Please DO NOT accept the package if the seal is hampered in any manner.

Please record a video while opening your package. Only then returns will be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have within 7 days, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refund Policy

You will be having 2 options for your refunds:

1) A Credit Note in the form of Coupon Code equivalent to the returned product value will be shared through email within 2-4 days, for your future purchase with Unbox Colours. Upon quality check, we will generate the Coupon Code and inform you through email. Kindly be aware and do not share these Coupon Code details with anybody to avoid any unpleasant experience. The coupon code is valid for single time use only and cannot be applied again to any other order. The coupon code has no expiry and can be used any time for your future purchases with Unbox Colours.

                                                OR

2) A full Refund of the amount against your returned product value will be initiated back to the same source of payment from which payment was received. Please note for Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be processed only after we receive your bank details to send the refund.

Please note you will have to mention your option for refund in the email informing us about your intention to return the product/s purchased from Unbox Colours.

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive the email informing you about the refund approval and your refund process will be initiated according to the option selected by you. Kindly note that it may take 5-7 business working days to reflect in your bank depending upon your bank. 

 

Cancellation of your order:

  • Every order is generally fulfilled within 24 hours of order placement. Orders once placed on our website are only eligible for cancellation until they are shipped from our warehouse. For COD orders, we will call you for order confirmation before shipping. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded as per customers choice of receiving a refund-coupon-code or refund in your original payment mode. (5% deduction as Payment Gateway charges).


Applicable Deductions

  • Total of ₹200 for the non-acceptance of prepaid orders will be deducted towards the forward and reverse shipment of the order being shipped back to our warehouse.
  • Any refund coupon code of the previous order, if applied to a new order which is not accepted by you, will lead to expiry of the coupon code and cannot be used again. Please ensure COD / prepaid orders placed using coupon codes are accepted by you.
  • For any online prepaid transactions, where the amount is deducted from your card/wallet and the order confirmation is not received, please contact us before you place another order. We will confirm if your transaction was captured. In case of a new order placed before confirming with us, 5% towards the payment gateway charges will be deducted from the transaction amount before refund.
  • For orders where the shipping charges were waived off as part of any offer, ₹150 towards the shipping from our warehouse to the customer will be deducted while processing the refunds
